It's always nice to start off the new year with a fun filled wedding! I was so excited when Mary Kate's mom called to tell me her daughter was getting married. I photographed Mary Kate's sister's wedding a few years ago and I remember how laid back and fun the whole family was. And when Mary kate and Maurice told me they wanted to see each other before the ceremony you can beleive me when I say it made my day!

It was so sweet to watch them give Maurice's daughter, Reece a necklace for the big day.

Being a twin, I know how much fun it is to have a built in playmate and best friend for life. So I was super excited when my brother and his wife found out they where having twins. I had to laugh the day he called, half in shock and half in awe, over the prospect of having two at one time. I quickly reminded him that it should be old hat, seeing he has never known life with out twin sisters to torture and love the heck out of him. With that type of resume he should be an awesome twin daddy!

Over the holidays, we had a quick moment to stop and capture their quickly changing lives. With my nephew and neice, I never thought I could love a little one so much, now with two more on the way I feel like my heart is just going to burst with new found love.  Here is quick shot of my brother's growing family!
